Former early intervention specialist, primary school teacher, reading specialist and elementary school principal. Teamed with community organizations and health service providers to bring early support to young children in school and family settings.

David Eekhoff, MDiv, LMFT
David is a retired Marriage and Family Therapist. He has had private practices in California and Washington State. From 1996-2006 he served as a Family Advocacy Representative for the Whidbey Island Naval Air Station, retiring as the Chief of Clinical Services in 2006. He supervised a counseling clinic of clinicians who provided Therapy and Child advocacy services for military families. In 2009 he helped establish the Presbyterian Counseling Center in Port Townsend and retired from that position at the end of 2024.

Former Port Townsend family physician, former Jefferson County Public Health Officer, founder and CEO of Medifor, Inc, a medical software company. 17 years on Northwest Maritime Board empowering children through place-based education.
Molly Hong, MD
Current long time Jefferson County family physician and mother to an elementary school and middle school child invested in the health of our community's children and families.
Trish Beathard, M.Ed.
Current superintendent of the Brinnon School District and former director of elementary education, elementary school principal and assistant principal, lead district librarian, gifted and talented coordinator and classroom teacher. Trish has devoted her entire career to supporting students and families and her role on the Jumping Mouse board feels like an extension of this career focus.
Rev. Paul Heins, MDiv, MA
Paul has served families and congregations in NJ, UT, and WA and currently serves as Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Port Townsend.
