JMCC Serves some of the youngest and most vulnerable Members of our Jefferson County community. Children ages 3-12yrs old.

 

The therapy model JM utilizes is a child centered, long term, depth play therapy model. While this model is accessible and therapeutic to many young children experiencing emotional distress, this model is not a fit for every child’s needs and situation.

 

Jumping Mouse accepts most insurances and turns no child away due to inability to pay.

 

 

Child therapy at JMCC entails:

 

• Enrollment and Consent from a child’s legal guardian(s).

​

• Weekly, year-round, individual child therapy sessions at a consistent day and time.

​

• Monthly, guardian meetings with your child’s therapist.

​

• The term of therapy for each child varies, anywhere from months to years.
